Q: How do I open PDF files?
A: Adobe Acrobat PDF files require you to download and install the Adobe

Q: When I try to open my software, it says there are missing .OCX
files.
A: Many of these products were developed to work fine on Windows XP
and below. If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, you may need to
download some missing .OCX files and then run REGSVR at the command
