Q: Can I pay by check? 
A: We currently accept all major credit cards via Clickbank and PayPal.

Q: Do these products work on a Mac?
A: Adobe Acrobat PDF files will work on either Windows or Macs. EXE files will only work on Windows systems.

Q: I can't open the file I downloaded.
A: If you downloaded a ZIP file, you need to use WINZIP to open the compressed file. You can download this utility at www.winzip.com.

Q: How do I open PDF files?
A: Adobe Acrobat PDF files require you to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Reader available at www.adobe.com.

Q: When I try to open my software, it says there are missing .OCX files.
A: Many of these products were developed  to work fine on Windows XP and below. If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, you may need to download some missing .OCX files and then run REGSVR at the command prompt. Then things should work fine. You can download these files and read information about how to install them here.
